| What is it? Acupuncture with no needles? Health and longevity? Immunology? The ancient sages sat in silence
so as to observe the body and to learn how the energy circulated within them. They charted
the channels of energy, the meridians. They created techniques to show how to manage the
circulation of those energies which they called Chi Kung. Chi is the life force or vital
energy and Kung means cultivation. This energy is alive, acting inside the body, and if we
